Return / Refund Policy

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, and it's still in its original condition, you may return it to us.
1. We have a return policy if any of our products fail to meet the quality parameter, such as -

  • Physically Damaged Product
  • Items Have Major Defects
  • Size-related Issue


For such parameters, we offer an easy return policy for our valuable customers. You can check your order before the delivery man to ensure it's fine and you are satisfied.
But if you are unsatisfied -
1. You can return the shoe instantly if you find that the seller has delivered the wrong item or the shoe has some sort of size issue.
2. If your product gets lost or damaged during shipment by the delivery service provider, we'll send you a fresh new item without any further cost, or you'll receive a full refund of your item.

Suppose you want to return the item after the delivery man has left and the product is in its original condition - in such circumstances, you must pay the delivery charge while returning the product.
